Even ‘No Parking’ Signs are Pretty in SF

I hate parallel parking! Well, I used to anyway. Since living in the city and having my car as my main mode of transport, I’ve had to make peace with both driving in super busy traffic and parking. Parallel parking has always been fine for me as long as it was a big space and no one was waiting for me, but in the city that luxury is almost never the case.

But, practice makes perfect, and after several stressful evenings of not being sure I’d be able to find a spot and leave my car, I’ve finally mellowed around finding and securing parking in a busy city. Whenever I relax, a spot just seems to show up. Perhaps its these pretty signs that have helped me relax.

These are so pretty! I love how you have a collection of them. The first one is probably my favorite. The last one is a close second; I really like the lines. I’d be nervous about parallel parking, too! I’ve only had to do it a handful of times, and I typically try to avoid it if I can. I probably should practice, huh? :)
